| Booking Terms & Conditions |
1. A non-returnable 20% deposit is required to confirm T365SUN_BOOKING. The deposit can be paid by cheque or bank transfer accompanied by a signed copy of your booking form, which you should sign to say you agree with the terms & conditions set out in the document.
2. On arrival your accommodation will be ready for occupancy by mid afternoon unless prior arrangements have been made with 365 Sun - Tenerife. Please note an extra charge may apply for early occupancy.
3. On departure day, it is necessary for your accommodation to be vacated by 10.00 am to allow our staff to prepare for the incoming guests.
4. Change over days are normally Fridays. Please note a charge of 10% is applied to all booking that are not on a Friday - Friday basis.
5. Disclaimer - All holiday homes that 365 Sun -Tenerife manage are privately owned. When staying at one of our properties you do so at your own risk. 365 Sun - Tenerife and the owners of the properties will not be held responsible for any LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY AND DEATH TO ANY GUESTS or GUESTS BELONGINGS, however it was caused.
6. A security deposit will be required to cover any damage, breakages and loss that may occur during your stay at one of our properties. 365 Sun - Tenerife will inspect the property on your departure and if any of the above has occurred the security deposit will be withheld until the cost of repair or replacement can be calculated.
7. All items in the accommodation are not to be taken outside of the property. We provide towels for use inside the property and ask our guests to provide their own breach and poolside towels.
8. Use of barbecues, cookers and hobs are at the guests own risk and 365 Sun-Tenerife and the owners do not take responsibility for any loss, damage, injury and death that may occur. Damage or loss to the property when using these items will be the responsibility of the guest.
9. For your security: Please shut and lock all doors, windows and shutters before leaving the property unattended. Failure to do so may invalidate your travel insurance in the event of loss by theft. We also recommend all doors and ground floor windows are shut and locked at night.
